EDI Webinar: Strength in diversity

Strength in diversity – the journey towards a more inclusive and equal future for our sector

The issue of equality, diversity and inclusion affects us all. But what does it really mean, and what can we do as individuals and organisations to tackle any inequalities and barriers to inclusion?

Join us at 10am on Friday 3 March for an exciting and informative webinar featuring a wide range of perspectives on the issue. We’ll hear from speakers about their own experiences in facing and addressing discrimination. We’ll learn of the journeys they and their organisations have taken and are taking to create a more inclusive workplace. We will also hear about the Institutions’ new Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) strategy.

We would very much welcome questions and perspectives from attendees. Please do feel free to get in touch to submit any questions or perspectives in advance of the event: southwest@ciwm.co.uk.

Creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and society benefits us all so I do hope you can join to learn more about this key issue and understand the ways we can all contribute to a fairer future.
