Ecosurety And Dsposal Join The Resource Association

The Resource Association has announced that compliance specialist Ecosurety and software specialist start-up Dsposal have joined the Association as Affiliate Members.  Both companies were accepted into membership by the Association’s Board at their Autumn meeting.

Chief Executive Ray Georgeson commented: “We are delighted that Ecosurety and Dsposal have joined the Association and they are assured of a warm welcome.

“We share with Ecosurety a common desire to see greater transparency in the waste and recycling sectors and we know they will bring their significant commercial acumen, drive and expertise to bear in our discussions as we move into an important new phase for development of resources and waste policy in the UK.”

“We are also pleased to welcome Dsposal as a start-up software business with strong interests in environmental compliance and the waste and resources sector. It’s a testament to our growing reach as a network with diverse supply chain interests that they have decided to show their support and get involved.”

Robbie Staniforth, commercial manager of Ecosurety added: “We look forward to joining forces as part of the Resource Association’s established forum and developing our shared agenda.

“We want to use our unique vantage point of understanding both the producer’s and recycler’s positions, and suggest workable and sustainable improvements that will increase the UK’s overall recycling rates.”

Tom Passmore, CEO & Co-founder of Dsposal concluded: “We’re delighted to join the Resource Association and look forward to meeting and working with our fellow members in the coming months.”
