50th HAAS TYRON enters the CRJ hire fleet
CRJ Services marks the turn of the year with the introduction of the 50th HAAS TYRON slow-speed shredder to its hire fleet.
The first HAAS TYRON was purchased for CRJ Services’ hire fleet back in 2012. Rob Symons – Director at CRJ Services, commented: “We had experience with a few slow-speed shredders before purchasing our first HAAS. As our hire customers processed various materials, a versatile machine was needed to cater to the different applications.
“We went with the TYRON for its strong performance and ease of maintenance. Its robust build quality aligned with our need for longevity and reliability as a hire machine.”

The HAAS TYRON proved a “huge success” for CRJ Services’ hire fleet and by 2014 the company were purchasing its 10th TYRON.
The success of the HAAS TYRON within the UK market continued, with the somewhat unique position of CRJ Services becoming the HAAS dealer in 2014 and also being the biggest HAAS customer in the UK.
The first HAAS TYRON was purchased for CRJ Services’ hire fleet back in 2012. CRJ Services says this arrangement allows the company to offer unique support and services, such as hire-to-buy agreements and the ability to supply like-for-like machines as part of their “Swing Program” (minimal disruption hard-facing service).
Following the milestone of 100 HAAS TYRONs sold into the UK and Ireland in 2022, CRJ Services have now seen the 50th HAAS TYRON enter their hire fleet.

The 50th HAAS was fitted with an Amerex fire suppression system and sent straight out on hire to Biffa Tipton, a long-term hire customer of CRJ Services.
