RWM 2021 to return to ‘in-person’ event as registration opens

Event organisers ROAR B2B have announced that registration is now open for RWM 2021, and that it will return as an ‘in-person’ event at Birmingham’s NEC.

Taking place on 22-23 September, the free to attend event is expected to welcome visitors, thought-leading exhibitors and expert speakers back ‘in-person’ to the NEC, Birmingham for an all-new exhibition which organisers say ‘can truly connect the industry’.

Due to the pandemic, RWM 2020 took place as a RWM Virtual, an online event which brought together visitors and experts to network and discuss key sector issues.

This year ROAR B2B point to what it calls ‘extensive research’, which it says shows the resounding message from the sector is that RWM is a ‘key component’ in reigniting the market after such an uncertain period.

Event organisers say they are ‘looking forward’ to presenting the exhibition that the market ‘deserves’.

RWM 2021 is set to offer an environment for ‘education and networking’, ROAR B2B says, with expert-led CPD accredited seminars and ‘cutting-edge suppliers’.

It says the event will also address the latest topics, trends and solutions surrounding all things recycling, resource and waste management – looking at opportunities, challenges, future resources, and the increasing importance of the circular economy.

In addition to an all-new ‘Local Authority Lounge’, the 2021 show will also launch the RWM Arena, a new outdoor feature providing spectacular displays, working demonstrations and will act as a launch pad for new large-scale machinery technologies and innovation.

The RWM pub will also be launched this year, which organisers say will be ‘a great space to network whilst watching the demos take place’.

RWM is free to attend, and you can register for your ticket here.
