In this episode of the HeadStrong Talkshow, Jonathan Pittam (MindBody Consulting) is joined by Peter Moorhead, owner of Celebrate Health & Fitness Ltd, to discuss strategies managers can use to help their team stay physically active whilst working from home.

Since then his team have been delivering gym based, outdoor and online fitness training for individual employees and small groups for companies in Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire.
