How to support team members juggling home-schooling with working from home

In this episode of the HeadStrong Talkshow, Jonathan Pittam (MindBody Consulting) joined by Dave Bowden.

Dave is a former primary school Head Teacher, and now founder of Word Guerilla, a company that uses language and creative writing to develop engagement, productivity, creativity and mental wellbeing in both educational and workplace settings. Dave has worked within educational contexts for the past fifteen years, both in the UK and Canada, so definitely knows his way around a classroom, and is also a parent to two young children.

Today, Dave joins Jonathan to give his take on balancing working from home with home-schooling, and suggest some practical ideas for people-managers who have team members in this situations.
